I recently took a little trip down to Maidstone for a spot of shopping all by myself, which I'm finding a really effortless and stress free way of getting the few things I need whilst browsing. It means I don't have to worry about where the other person wants to go and waiting around whilst items get tried on time and time again. Basically, I'm being anti-social and selfish.. Oops!
Don't get me wrong, I do love a girly shopping trip but it's not the easiest whilst I'm on a budget and slowly approaching pay day.. urgh!
Of course I headed straight for Primark and found this suedette a-line skirt with a gold zip and pocket detailing on the front. Suedette is something I'm really falling for at the moment as I've recently just purchased a bomber in the same fabric too (stay tuned for that post!). It's a material that looks super expensive compared to the price it actually sells for, plus it means no animals have been harmed.
I then paired up my navy and white striped crop top from Topshop that is as comfy as a sports bra and I do love my sports bras. I can't think of anything better than a top that sits perfectly, holding your boobs in place and being ridiculously comfy at the same time.
I then wore my ASOS shirt, which was featured in my previous post, but like I said it's one of those pieces that can be worn with practically everything.
On my feet are my Newlook chunky trainers and I've also stuck with my Primark £1.50 Aviator style sunnies.
