I'm a huge fan of jumpsuits purely because of their comfort and their versatility. You can pretty much wear them all year round and layer them up as well as down for formal and casual occasions, which makes them a wardrobe staple piece in my opinion.
I've got myself a pair of dungaree's as well as a couple of patterned, culotte style jumpsuits but have craved a simple black version for a ridiculously long time- therefore as soon as the January sales hit I jumped on the hunt for the perfect item!
I found this bad boy over on Boohoo, for around £10 (can't quite remember) but was an absolute bargain in my eyes. I also love the fact it has a sheer fabric layer that is longer than the under shorts to add a little bit of detailing to such a simple piece.
I wore a high neck bottle green top underneath, which was another sale piece from New Look because it's still bitterly cold outside to just throw over a jacket.
Talking of which, my jacket is a vintage piece from Beyond Retro in Brighton that has been by my side since purchase. Got to love a bit of acid wash denim!
I then thought I'd hype up the 'American Soccer' style vibe with a pair of tube socks from Topshop matched up with my Converse for an ultra casual finish.
On my lips is a bright, bold orange lipstick from Mac in the colour 'Dangerous Matte' to just add that much needed dash of colour to my look.
